WHT Returns Policy
Upon Receipt of your order, if you find that you have ordered the wrong colour, size, or style of a product from our website.
Then you may return the item(s) to us unused, in it's original packaging and in a re-saleable state within 30 days of delivery for the following.
Refund of the amount paid for the item. Refunded in the same format as your payment was received. This does not include the fee that you paid for shipping.
We will place store credit against your WHT account for you to use as a credit towards your next purchase with WHT.
Please note that you are required to pay shipping costs to both return and to have us send any replacement or exchange product.
We are unable to extend this policy to our Godfather range for health and safety reasons as this is a consumable item.
If you believe that you have a faulty product or that the device you have purchased is not operating as it should then we will accept a return of this product for the purposes of inspection.
Once received if the product is found to be in-operable through mis-use, poor maintenance, use against manufacturers or Wicked Herbal Tea advise or it is not covered under any warranty we will advise in writing a course of action to be taken.
Prior to shipping any product to us for the purposes of return you must receive written advice from us.
Please ensure that you only return products to us that you have purchased from us and also be aware that every product supplied by us is able to be identified by unique identifiers used by us prior to shipping our products to you.
WHTs will not warrant any part that was purchased anywhere else other than WHT and only by the original purchasor of the product itself.
User error plays a big part in the returns that we see here at WHT. To minimise shipping costs which are the responsibility of the customer we suggest thorough troubleshooting prior to requesting any return.
If the product returned by you and received by us is found to be faulty or inoperable and within the terms and conditions as stated by our Warranty Policy, WHT will replace or repair (at our discretion) and at our cost (inclusive of return Express shipping in Australia or Registered Post International for countries outside of Australia) in a time frame not exceeding 7 Business Days from the receipt of the product.
