Refund and Returns Policy

Upon Receipt of your order, if you find that you have ordered the wrong product from our website; Then you may return the item(s) to us unused, in its original packaging and in a re-saleable state within 14 days of delivery for the following.
• Refund of the amount paid for the item. Refunded in the same format as your payment was received. This does not include the fee that you paid for shipping.
OR
• We will place store credit against your WHT account for you to use as a credit towards your next purchase with WHT.
Please note that you are required to pay shipping costs to both return and to have us send any replacement or exchange product.
Prior to shipping any product back to us for the purposes of return you must receive written advice from us.
Please ensure that you only return products to us that you have purchased from us and also be aware that every product supplied by us is able to be identified by unique identifiers used by us prior to shipping our products to you.
WHT will not warrant any part that was purchased anywhere else other than WHT and only by the original purchaser of the product itself.

How to request a return

Log into your account, click on “My Account” then click on “Completed”. Here you will see your orders. Go to the order in question and click on “Return Items” From here complete the 3 questions and submit. We will get back to you with instructions if your requests meet our Return Policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
