Ingredients: Damiana (Turnera diffusa) dried herb

Turnera diffusa, known as damiana, is a shrub native to southern Texas in the United States, Central America, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean. It belongs to the family Passifloraceae. Damiana is a relatively small, woody shrub that produces small, aromatic flowers. It blossoms in early to late summer and is followed by fruits that taste similar to figs. The shrub is said to have a strong spice-like odor somewhat like chamomile, due to the aromatic compounds present in the plant.

Unfortunately we do not offer free product samples on request.

From time to time we may send out new product samples with orders but this cannot be guaranteed.

Our smallest size is 3g which is a great size if your wanting to sample a product.

POSTAGE

Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.

Please note:

Our operating times are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

We DO NOT process orders on weekends OR public holidays.

Your tracking is automatically emailed to your nominated address after 12.30pm, Monday – Friday.

IMPORTANT! If you have not received an email please double check your junk/spam mail.

There may be a disruption that impedes the ability of Australia Post to deliver on time.

If product is not received within 10 days of the final date of the estimated shipping time, we will endeavour to rectify with Australia Post.

If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have to wait for the order to arrive.

If your order is deemed “lost in transit” by Australia Post you may be eligible for a small compensation.

Making payments through our site is 100% safe. The payment processor has the PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification⁴. This is the highest level of certification you can get in the payments industry.

The appropriate tax will be calculated as per your shipping address location.

RETURNS POLICY

Upon Receipt of your order, if you find that you have ordered the wrong product from our website; Then you may return the item(s) to us unused, in its original packaging and in a re-saleable state within 3 days of delivery for a replacement.

PLEASE NOTE: the cost postage fee’s of both the return and new postage will be at the cost of the customer.

Prior to shipping any product back to us for the purposes of return you must receive written advice from us.
Please ensure that you only return products to us that you have purchased from us and also be aware that every product supplied by us is able to be identified by unique identifiers used by us prior to shipping our products to you.
We will not warrant any part that was purchased anywhere else other than Wicked Herbal Tea and only by the original purchaser of the product itself.

Unfortunately no, we do not offer refunds. If there is an error on our end we will offer a credit note or replace an order at our expense.
