Unfortunately we do not offer free product samples on request.

From time to time we may send out new product samples with orders but this cannot be guaranteed.

Our smallest size is 3g which is a great size if your wanting to sample a product.

Caution 2.0 is currently our strongest blend

POSTAGE

Orders require 24-48 hours processing time. You will receive an “order complete” email from sales@wickedherbaltea.com, this means your order has been packed (not posted) once the orders are delivered to the post office and scanned in you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post.

All deliveries are now processed directly through Australia Post.

You will receive an email from Australia Post (noreply@notifications.auspost.com.au) with your  tracking details and real-time updates!

IMPORTANT! If you have not received an email please double check your junk/spam mail.

If you selected EXPRESS POST at checkout. Your estimated delivery time is:

  • To NSW: 1-2 business days
  • To VIC: 2-3 business days
  • To QLD: 2-3 business days
  • To SA: 2-3 business days
  • To WA: N/A
  • To NT: 3-5 business days
  • To TAS: 2-3 business days
  • To ACT: 1-2 business days

PAYMENT Info

Payments can be made securely through the Wicked Herbal Tea website using the Shopify Secure Gateway.

Making payments through our site is 100% safe. The payment processor has the PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification⁴. This is the highest level of certification you can get in the payments industry.

The appropriate tax will be calculated as per your shipping address location.

RETURNS POLICY

Upon Receipt of your order, if you find that you have ordered the wrong product from our website; Then you may return the item(s) to us unused, in its original packaging and in a re-saleable state within 3 days of delivery for a replacement.

PLEASE NOTE: the cost postage fee’s of both the return and new postage will be at the cost of the customer.

Prior to shipping any product back to us for the purposes of return you must receive written advice from us.
Please ensure that you only return products to us that you have purchased from us and also be aware that every product supplied by us is able to be identified by unique identifiers used by us prior to shipping our products to you.
We will not warrant any part that was purchased anywhere else other than Wicked Herbal Tea and only by the original purchaser of the product itself.

Unfortunately no, we do not offer refunds. If there is an error on our end we will offer a credit note or replace an order at our expense.

If product is not received within 7 days of the final date of the estimated shipping time, we will endeavour to rectify with Australia Post. I there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have to wait for the order to arrive.
